Connected Communities .
.

In its broadest sense, a connected community is a community where citizens can all use technology to communicate with each other, with markets and with government and gain access to information affordably, easily and under community members’ control.

There are a number of projects of all sizes, driven by different reasoning and initiatives around Greater Nottingham. Accelerate Nottingham centrally co-ordinates a programme of linked ICT projects in order to give direction and provide advice on technical, funding and other matters and also to share common problems and best practice solutions.
